- Board: means the Veterinary Medical Board. See California Education Code 52180
- Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
- Regional occupational program: as used in this chapter , means a sequence of career technical or technical training programs that meet the criteria and standards of instructional programs in regional occupational centers and are conducted in a variety of physical facilities that are not necessarily situated in one single plant or site. - Regulations: means the rules and regulations set forth in Division 20 (commencing with Section 2000) of Title 16 of the California Code of Regulations. See California Education Code 52180
