Alaska Statutes 14.07.105 – Quorum and chair

(a) Four members constitute a quorum.

board: means the state Board of Education and Early Development. See Alaska Statutes 14.60.010
Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.

(b) The board shall designate one member of the board as the chairperson who serves as chair of the board at the pleasure of the board.
