Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 21.06.255
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, a natural person who applies for a license or requests renewal of a license issued by the director under this title shall provide the director with the person’s social security number. Upon request, the director shall provide a social security number provided under this section to the child support services agency created in Alaska Stat. § 25.27.010, or the child support enforcement agency of another state, for child support purposes authorized under law.
