Alaska Statutes 21.14.040 – Authorized control level event

If an authorized control level event occurs, the director shall take the action necessary

(1) under Alaska Stat. § 21.14.030(a) against the insurer; or

action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(2) to place the insurer under regulatory control under Alaska Stat. Chapter 21.78.
