- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A financial institution may not allow a person to transact insurance in an office of the institution or on behalf of the institution, unless the person is licensed as required under Alaska Stat. Chapter 21.27.
