- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person determined by the director, following an appropriate hearing as provided in Alaska Stat. § 21.06.170 – 21.06.230, to have wilfully violated a provision of this title or a regulation adopted under it is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $25,000.
