A person who wilfully hinders the lawful actions of the ombudsman or the staff of the ombudsman, or who wilfully refuses to comply with their lawful demands, or who wilfully violates Alaska Stat. § 24.55.270, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.
