Alaska Statutes 39.35.008 – Definitions

(1) “commissioner” means the commissioner of administration;

(2) “plan” means the retirement plan established in Alaska Stat. § 39.35.095 – 39.35.680 or the retirement plan established in Alaska Stat. § 39.35.700 – 39.35.990;

(3) “system” means all retirement plans established under the public employees’ retirement system.
