Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 44.27.044
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The trustees are not entitled to receive compensation for their services, but they may be reimbursed by the council for actual and necessary travel expenses at the same rate paid to members of state boards under Alaska Stat. § 39.20.180.
