Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 46.15.240
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Each member of the board is entitled to travel expenses and per diem as authorized for state boards by Alaska Stat. § 39.20.180 while traveling to or from, or in attendance at, regular or special meetings or conferences authorized by the board.
