• insured: as used in this chapter , may not prevent a person other than the insured with a proper insurable interest from making application for and owning a policy covering the insured or from being entitled under a policy to any indemnities, benefits, and rights provided in the policy. • Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
• property: includes real and personal property. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
• state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
• writing: includes printing. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
