A superior court may, upon written consent of the parties or their attorneys filed in an action, by an order entered on the minutes, transfer the action for trial to the superior court of another county.

  • Action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
