The governing board of a school district shall provide for a self-evaluation of its career and technical education and vocational education programs annually. The assessment shall be conducted in cooperation with and with assistance from business, industry or labor representatives. The evaluation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by the state board of education and the results shall be submitted to the department of education as prescribed by the state board.

  • Career and technical education and vocational education: means vocational and technical preparation programs for pupils in grades nine through twelve. See Arizona Laws 15-781
  • Governing board: means a body organized for the government and management of the schools within a school district or a county school superintendent in the conduct of an accommodation school. See Arizona Laws 15-101
  • School district: means a political subdivision of this state with geographic boundaries organized for the purpose of the administration, support and maintenance of the public schools or an accommodation school. See Arizona Laws 15-101
