It is unlawful for an employee, labor organization, or officer, agent or member thereof, by any threatened or actual interference with the person, his immediate family or his property, to compel or attempt to compel such person to join a labor organization, to strike against his will or to leave his employment.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 23-1304
- Labor organization: means any organization of any kind, or any agency or employee representation committee or plan, in which employees participate and which exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, rates of pay, hours of employment or other conditions of employment. - Person: includes a natural person, a corporation, association, company, firm or labor organization. See Arizona Laws 23-1301
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Arizona Laws 1-215
