A. Nothing in this article, except as otherwise specifically provided, shall be construed as to interfere with or impede or diminish in any way the right to strike, or to affect the limitations or qualifications on that right.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 23-1395
- Labor organization: means any organization or any agency defined in sections 23-1301 and 23-1321. See Arizona Laws 23-1382
- Supervisor: means any individual who has authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively to recommend such action, if such authority requires the use of independent judgment. B. Nothing in this article prohibits any individual employed as a supervisor from becoming or remaining a member of a labor organization, but no employer subject to this article may be compelled to deem such supervisors as agricultural employees for the purpose of any law, either national or local, relating to collective bargaining.
