A nonresident daily commuter shall carry the nonresident daily commuter identification card at all times in the motor vehicle for which the card is assigned and shall present the card to any peace officer of this state on demand.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-2295

  • Nonresident: means a person who is not a resident of this state as defined in section 28-2001. See Arizona Laws 28-101
  • nonresident daily commuter: means a person who is a resident of a contiguous state, who enters and leaves this state on a daily basis for the purpose of employment and whose motor vehicle is principally garaged in the contiguous state. See Arizona Laws 28-2291
