A. The board shall adopt by rule the schedule V controlled substances listed in 21 C.F.R. § 1308.15 and shall amend the rules, as necessary, to reflect any changes in the schedule V controlled substance designations.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 36-2516

  • Board: means the Arizona state board of pharmacy. See Arizona Laws 36-2501
  • Controlled substance: means a drug, substance or immediate precursor in schedules I through V of article 2 of this chapter and the rules adopted pursuant to article 2 of this chapter. See Arizona Laws 36-2501

B. Any compound or preparation containing the single active ingredient ephedrine or any of its salts is included in schedule V.
