After the hearing, the governing body of each entity forming the district may adopt a resolution forming the district, deleting any property determined not to be benefited by the district or modifying the general plan and then forming the district or determining that the district not be formed. A resolution forming the district shall state the names of the initial directors and the terms of office of each.

  • District: means a tax levying revitalization district formed pursuant to this article. See Arizona Laws 48-6801
  • General plan: means the general plan described in section 48-6802, subsection B, as the plan may be amended. See Arizona Laws 48-6801
  • Governing body: means the body or board that by law is constituted as the legislative department of the municipality, Indian tribe or community. See Arizona Laws 48-6801
  • Property: includes both real and personal property. See Arizona Laws 1-215
