An intern pharmacist under the direct supervision and control, as defined in Section 4023.5, of a pharmacist may stock, replenish, and inspect the emergency pharmaceutical supplies container and the emergency medical system supplies of a health care facility licensed under subdivision (a) of § 1250 of the Health and Safety Code.

Terms Used In California Business and Professions Code 4119.6

  • health care facility: means a facility, other than a facility licensed under Division 2 (commencing with Section 1200) of the Health and Safety Code, that is owned or operated by a health care service plan licensed pursuant to Chapter 2. See California Business and Professions Code 4027
  • Subdivision: means a subdivision of the section in which that term occurs, unless some other section is expressly mentioned. See California Business and Professions Code 15
