Nothing in Sections 809 to 809.7, inclusive, shall affect the availability of judicial review under § 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure nor the provisions relating to discovery and testimony in § 1157 of the Evidence Code or Sections 1370 and 1370.1 of the Health and Safety Code.
