Each apportionment made by the board under this chapter shall be certified by it to the Controller who shall thereupon draw his or her warrant on the State Treasury in favor of the county treasurer of the county having jurisdiction over the district. The warrant shall be paid by the Treasurer from the State School Construction Fund and is not subject to the provisions of § 925.6 of the Government Code.
