Any action to contest the validity of this article may be brought pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, except that an appeal from any judgment rendered in such action shall be made directly to the Supreme Court of the State of California.
