As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange.

- Board: means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange. See California Elections Code 21580
- Commission: means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Orange established pursuant to Section 21582. See California Elections Code 21580
- Spouse: includes "registered domestic partner" as required by §. See California Elections Code 356.5
(b) “Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Orange established pursuant to Section 21582.
(c) “Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
