Each local child support agency shall establish the complaint resolution process specified in Section 17800. The department shall implement the state hearing requirements specified in Section 17801 no later than July 1, 2001.

Terms Used In California Family Code 17804
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- State: means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, or a commonwealth, territory, or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. See California Family Code 145
