In any proceeding under this division:
(a) The burden of proving that an application should be approved is upon the applicant.
Terms Used In California Financial Code 4833
- Person: includes any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, limited liability company, syndicate, estate, trust, business trust, or organization of any kind. See California Financial Code 18
(b) The burden of proving an exemption or an exception is upon the person claiming the exemption or the exception.
