A water bottom lease may require periodic reports that the commission deems necessary for the proper administration of the state‘s water bottoms.

Terms Used In California Fish and Game Code 15414
- Commission: means the Fish and Game Commission, and "commissioner" means a member of the Fish and Game Commission. See California Fish and Game Code 30
