The Governor may require the Attorney General or the district attorney of any county to inquire into the affairs or management of any corporation existing under the laws of this State.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
