The comprehensive water resources management plan shall comply with the provisions of any federal, state or regional plans which apply to water supply and distribution and to the treatment and disposal of waste water and which are required by statute or intergovernmental agreement.

  • comprehensive water resources management plan: means a plan for coordinating and managing the supply and distribution of water for residential, commercial, industrial or other purposes and for coordinating and managing the treatment and disposal of waste water from all sources.   • State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Government Code 18
  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
