Whether or not the bonds are of the form and character as to be negotiable instruments under, or subject to, the terms of the California Uniform Commercial Code, the bonds and any security instruments underlying the bonds are hereby made negotiable instruments within the meaning of, and for all the purposes of, the California Uniform Commercial Code, subject to the provisions for registration of the bonds contained in the resolution.
