As used in this chapter:

(a) “Long-term health care facility” has the same meaning as that term is defined in § 1418 of the Health and Safety Code.

(b) “Residential care facilities for the elderly” has the same meaning as that term is defined in § 1569.2 of the Health and Safety Code.
