License service is the rendering of assistance by a motor club to any person in obtaining:
(a) Registration of a motor vehicle with the State.
Terms Used In California Insurance Code 12155
- Person: means any person, association, organization, partnership, business trust, limited liability company, or corporation. See California Insurance Code 19
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Insurance Code 28
(b) A driver’s license.
(c) A transfer of legal or registered ownership upon the records of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
