Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as entitling any person to practice law in this state, unless he or she is an active member of the State Bar of California.

Terms Used In California Insurance Code 15002

  • Person: includes any individual, firm, company, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, and corporation. See California Insurance Code 15001
  • State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Insurance Code 28
