The money in the Insurance Tax Fund received from the commissioner pursuant to Section 1775.6 is hereby appropriated as follows:
(a) To pay the refunds authorized by this chapter.
Terms Used In California Insurance Code 1775.7
- Commissioner: means the Insurance Commissioner of this State. See California Insurance Code 20
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Insurance Code 28
(b) The balance of the money in the fund shall, on order of the Controller, be transferred to the State General Fund.
