The board and the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System shall enter into a contract, and the board shall make all of its officers and employees members of the system, except as follows:
(a) Members of the board.

- board: means a county transit development board created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 120050). See California Public Utilities Code 120001
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
(b) Officers and employees excluded pursuant to § 20492 of the Government Code.
