  • Employee organization: means any organization of any kind in which public transit district employees participate and that exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with public transit district employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment of employees.   • Executive session: A portion of the Senate's daily session in which it considers executive business.
