The Trade Corridor Enhancement Account is hereby created in the State Transportation Fund to receive funds from subdivision (b) of § 60050 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, as adjusted. Funds in the account shall be available for expenditure upon appropriation by the Legislature for corridor-based freight projects nominated by local agencies and the state.
