For each fiscal year, the Director of Finance shall determine the total amount of the Youthful Offender Block Grant and the allocation for each county, pursuant to Sections 1955 and 1956, and shall report those findings to the Controller. The Controller shall make an allocation from the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund to each county in accordance with the report.
