As used in this article, “officers” of a state hospital means:
(a) Clinical director.
Terms Used In California Welfare and Institutions Code 4480
- Director: means the Director of Developmental Services. See California Welfare and Institutions Code 4401
- State hospital: means any hospital specified in Section 4440. See California Welfare and Institutions Code 4401
(b) Hospital administrator.
(c) Hospital director.
