The provisions of this article shall not apply to the corporate affairs of the governing board of a regional center which have no relationship to the role and responsibility of a regional center set forth in this chapter.

Terms Used In California Welfare and Institutions Code 4669
- Regional center: means a regional center as that term is used in this chapter. See California Welfare and Institutions Code 4639.80
