Any person aggrieved by any order or decision of a board or commission listed in subsection (b) of § 19a-14 may appeal therefrom as provided in § 4-183.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 19a-12
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
