The Commissioner of Early Childhood may request the Attorney General to bring an action, in the superior court for the judicial district in which such home is located, to enjoin any person, group of persons, association, organization, corporation, institution or agency, public or private, from maintaining a family child care home, as defined in § 19a-77, without a license or in violation of regulations adopted under § 19a-87b, and satisfactory proof of the lack of a license or the violation of the regulations without more shall entitle the commissioner to injunctive relief.
