Any person aggrieved by the performance by the commissioner of any administrative act provided for in sections 22-172 to 22-186, inclusive, may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of § 4-183.

Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 22-187

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Agriculture. See Connecticut General Statutes 22-127
