Connecticut General Statutes 22a-221a – Operating committees declared to be public instrumentalities and political subdivisions of the state

Any operating committee established pursuant to subsection (c) of § 22a-221 shall constitute a public instrumentality and political subdivision of the state of Connecticut established and created for the performance of an essential public and governmental function.
