the west of the center line of Connecticut Route 9A, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 300 feet to the west of the center line of Walkley Hill Road, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 1500 feet to the west of the center line of Connecticut Route 9A, thence southerly along said line to its intersection
