Any person, firm or corporation aggrieved by any order, suspension or revocation of a license made under the provisions of sections 26-192c to 26-192i, inclusive, may appeal therefrom in accordance with § 4-183, except venue for such appeal shall be in the judicial district in which the business or residence of such person, firm or corporation is located.

Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 26-192d

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
