(a) The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall provide such office space for the conduct of the duties of the Office of the Probate Court Administrator as the Probate Court Administrator approves. The expenses of the office space shall be paid from the fund established under § 45a-82.

(b) The Probate Court Administrator shall purchase furniture, stationery, office supplies, typewriters, filing cabinets and such other equipment, apparatus and supplies, contractual services and other services as the Probate Court Administrator deems necessary or advisable for the expeditious conduct of the duties of the office and shall pay for them from the fund established under § 45a-82, subject to the provisions of § 45a-83.
