If either party to a submission pursuant to § 52-406 desires a review of any question of law arising thereon and decided by the court, he may appeal the decision in the manner provided in ordinary cases of final judgment in the court, and not otherwise.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 52-407
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
