(a) A person is guilty of bribery of a juror if he offers, confers or agrees to confer upon a juror any benefit as consideration for the juror’s decision or vote.

- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Person: means a human being, and, where appropriate, a public or private corporation, a limited liability company, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a government or a governmental instrumentality. See Connecticut General Statutes 53a-3
(b) Bribery of a juror is a class C felony.
