Any fine against any person under § 53a-209 may be levied against any of his real property, personal property, tangible or intangible, choses in action or property of any kind or nature, including debts owing to him, which may be situated or found in this state.

Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 53a-210

  • Person: means a human being, and, where appropriate, a public or private corporation, a limited liability company, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a government or a governmental instrumentality. See Connecticut General Statutes 53a-3
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
