Except as provided under § 1107A of this title, the petitioner shall pay all court costs, including costs for giving notice and advertising. As used in this section, “court costs” does not include the respondent‘s attorney fees.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 13 Sec. 1111
- Court: means the Family Court of the State of Delaware. See Delaware Code Title 13 Sec. 1101
- Petitioner: means a petitioner in a termination of parental rights proceeding under this chapter. See Delaware Code Title 13 Sec. 1101
- Respondent: means a respondent in a termination of parental rights proceeding under this chapter. See Delaware Code Title 13 Sec. 1101
